This feature allows you identify email messages that have been opened by the recipient. Metrics are provided for email sent, opened, not opened, and opened multiple times.

The following metrics are captured and available in the application:

3. Email Not Opened
4. Email Opened Multiple Times
Email Unsubscription Add-On Feature
This feature provides the email recipient with a link at the bottom of each email that they can click to unsubscribe/opt-out from future email messages.
